Following the purchase of the live record, I recently watched a DVD of Gene Vincent at Town Hall Party and fell in love with this October 25, 1958 performance of an old doo-wop classic, “For your precious love”. Though Mr. Vincent did not keep the guitarists or pianist in later years, their performance is one worth sharing and you gotta admit that they’ve got some swingin’ style.
